Our central heating system was not working and was only blowing out cold air. Matthew immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it, all while explaining what he was doing and potential issues that may occur in the future and what could be done at that stage.  Our initial appointment was for a weekday which was 3 days away but he came on a Saturday afternoon, which was the day after our call and fixed it up in no time! We were super grateful! From beginning communication to job done, Matthew is extremely professional, efficient and punctual, there is no question why 5 star rating for the reviews from all his customers. I decided to contact him for my cooling and heating issues cos amazed by all great reviews people gave. He explained things in detail, reasonable and honest quote and took photos for everything he has done to show me. Matthew from Ignite was very professional. Very prompt , keeps you inform on time he was arriving. He did the job well and toke photos to show me the problems he encountered. Matthew and his team were incredibly efficient, approachable and professional. We were very grateful they took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we were one hundred per cent happy with the product we chose. Daniel and Chris were friendly and worked efficiently. Installation was quick and minimally disruptive, with care taken to protect our home and furniture from any dust or debris, and a thorough explanation of how to use our split system after it was installed. All waste was removed on completion of the job. Additionally, we qualified for a rebate which Matthew kindly took out of our initial invoice, making it much more affordable for us as new home owners. Matt from Ignite is fantastic! On attending our property, he found several issues with our heating and cooling that even we didn't know about, and dealt with all of our tricky requests in the planning stages, including a long back and forth of questions about control units! Daniel and Max from Matt's team of tradies executed the work swiftly and efficiently over the course of a few days, and were so friendly and polite. We don't usually write reviews, but we are so happy with the service, communication and professionalism from Matthew, Daniel and Max that I am making an exception. Matthew was on time for the quote and very thorough in assessing our needs. The installation went smoothly (3 units separate units installed in one day and 2 old ones decommissioned).  While they were here, they even fixed the problems on one of our other units that had been installed by someone else. Overall an amazing job at very competitive prices. Fantastic service and subsequent install of a new unit after the old one needed to be decommissioned. Finished product works and looks great. Excellent knowledge and happy to walk us through the work and options. Ignite will be our go-to from now on!
